Despite my (small) complaints with my last order, overall, given my experience with them, as a business they deserve 5 stars. Would definitely recommend. That said... If you order basil, 90% of the time they sub it with oregano (I think) or leave it off completely. But given it's only 50¢ I'm not worried about it. Also if you get fresh garlic be warned it's REALLY strong, even for an avid garlic-lover like myself. Last pizza I ordered (pictured) the crust was slightly burnt, and while I did order it par-baked, the last par-baked one I ordered was NOT burnt. But let's be honest I still ate almost the whole thing in one sitting. Their crust is phenomenal even when a little black on the edges, and even though it looks really dark it honestly didn't taste that way. The texture was still perfect. It's such a shame because the food is seasoned well, but it's just pitifully prepared. My smashburger jr.. was pathetic. It was the smallest patty I have ever seen, easily less than even an ounce of meat. The already tiny bun dwarfed it in size. "I'm going to give this first order some consideration for a start up restaurant where are the kinks haven't been ironed out yet. The Enchiladas Tahlequah were good, the white rice below average, and the charro beans had more meat (hot dogs? and chorizo? and ham?) than beans and was not something I could enjoy. There is no option to choose refried beans instead. The Taquitos Mexicanos tasted okay. However, the taquitos were not fried crispy as one would expect and were apparently put in the container straight out of the hot oil. They were unpleasantly oily and, because they were not crispy when they were put in the sealed container, the taquitos steamed so much that the corn tortillas fell apart before the meal was even opened. So, bottom line, an oily mess. The salad was okay. Consider putting holes in the top of the container to let the steam escape so that crispy taquitos remain crispy. The Vanilla Ice Cream - was not. It was a vanilla fried ice cream ball in a tortilla bowl, topped with chocolate syrup and sprinkles. The DoorDash name and description for this item need to be more accurate; maybe fried ice cream sundae. The Aguas Frescas has no description so we took a chance expecting, most likely, a light fruit drink. The drink received seemed to be a bit more like horchata with a strange herbal (basil perhaps?) flavor; a gritty powdery quality; leafy green bits; and possibly milk or cream. Overall, very strange. Since aquas frescas recipes can vary widely; this one needs a good DoorDash description. So, not really thrilled with this experience. Maybe in a month we will consider ordering from this restaurant again - if the item descriptions and options show improvement. "
