"Beef Soup (Caldo De Res) First time ordering from the Hwy 96 location. First time I have had an issue. I had more bone and cartilage than anything else in the 2 containers of beef caldo. I have pictures. I ate both containers and most was bone, cartilage and broth. So after disposing of those, there was very little left. Never had that issue before. Used to get a lot of beef in each. But, that was at the other location off Watson Blvd. Not enough meal to make you feel full.
Fountain Drink: I asked for extra ice. I had no ice at all. I know it didnt melt. I am less than half a mile from this location. I drank some of it but it isn't good without ice."

The TENMI Pork Chashu Bowl is out of this world good. The chashu is perfectly seasoned if a little sweet (but so yummy) and it is TENDER. I easily shredded it with a wooden chopstick. I thought the steamed rice would be bland but it's packed with flavor from the sauce.
The side of Sd Ramen Noodle is better than it has any business being for just a 'basic' side dish. I paired it with a medium, jammy Soy Egg ( 1pc) and the flavor was fantastic. Slightly sweet and savory and cooked to perfection. The noodles had a wonderful springiness to them and are the best Ramen noodles I've had south of Atlanta. They were very chopstick/slurp-friendly as well.
The Tenmii Gyoza was delicious and again, perfectly cooked. Whatever sauce they're using on their food, I am hooked.
