"Very good! If you're into Olive Burgers like I am, you'll definitely like their's. Nothing fancy or over the top - just olives and mayo. I'm sure they also add some of the brine (liquid the olives come in) - which is very important but often overlooked. This concentrates the olive flavor .
Also, I always recommend getting olive sauce on the side; if the sauce is applied right after cooking, the heat from the burger, plus the time it may wait there, and plus transit time, it may turn into a giant mess! Plus you get more sauce when it's on the side. ;)"
