The couscous was kind of poor quality as I already know the Moroccan cuisine and I recommend to cook it the night before adding chickpeas and cabbage with more vegetables if possible. I had 2 carrots and two very small pieces of zucchini and very tiny piece of butter squash. I would recommend to add turnips as well for a quality flavored dish. I eat it but would love to see you improving the quality of your food so you can make a good business. Thank you!"
