It didn't say what kind of cheddar they use and some people use spicy sausage so I was worried it would be sharp cheddar and spicy sausage,both I don't like.
But it tasted like medium yellow cheddar and the sausage was just barely spicy, so much so that I didn't notice till I was a couple bites away from finishing it so I was happy with it.
And this is coming from someone who can't handle spicy at all and has a chicken tongue. I can tolerate the heat from two enchiladas with mild sauce but my gut pays for it later."
