"Hands down, hands down, hands down THE BEST coffee house in CLT. I've had a few items of their's now just because I was so happy with their coffee - I wanted to try everything! Overall - everything I've had has perfectly balanced flavors. Some of the execution for the baked goods need a slight adjustment - not the drinks. Don't touch the coffee. Pistachio Latte (HOT) 2x's now - So far, quality remained, time will tell, but I have high hopes! Strawberry Iced Matcha - Foam was melted when it got here - it's hot so whatever! I got "Regular Sweet" so I could try it how it was meant to be made - perfectly balanced but I'm not a sweet person so I would go with "Light". Chocolate Cappuccino Cake (V) - A bit dry - not too bad. I'm not a sweet girl & I enjoyed that the icing wasn't cream cheese. My last order I got the following treats, but couldn't rate them bc after one bite - I was done! Yemen Chocolate - Was good, I didn't enjoy the texture of the pistachios that were shaved into a noodle like texture. Most will enjoy. Pistachio Milk Cake - It's a pistachio flavored Tres Leche. Great flavor, but even for what it is, slightly too much liquid. Triple Chocolate Cake - Decadent chocolate mousse cake, coated in a thin layer of hardened quality milk chocolate."

"The BEST and I mean the BEST coffee I have ever had. I got the Pistachio Latte (HOT) and when I tell you it was velvety smooth & perfectly balanced !! I had all but stopped going to coffee houses in CLT bc I've found they all seem to have notes of yeasty bread throughout them, (I know they don't but they all have the same aftertaste). - I will never go anywhere else again. Never. I also got a couple treats just to try them, - Pistachio Milk Cake : AAAMAZING. - Triple Chocolate Cake : It's a chocolate mouse cake dipped in a shell of rich chocolate. Very rich, very moist & can we talk about the price?? A comparable, small cake of the same size easily ~$15.00 - $30.00 at a bakery. Yemen Chocolate : I didn't try it - I only had one spoonful of the other 2 but I can't take another bite - it's cute though with the little gold dust!"

"Unbiased opinion here, the coffee is SCRUMPTIOUS! But the quality of the food is off. I ordered the Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich, Mini Hashbrowns, & a Koko Caramel. My croissant came overly toasted & dry which I could barely bite thru the bread not to mention only 2 HALF strips of bacon thinner than a single sheet of loose leaf paper, the egg and cheese was literally the only edible part. The hashbrowns were soggy and bland but the Koko Caramel is literally the savior of the order because I definitely needed to wash down what little I could chew. Welp first meal of the day was a miss but at least I had my morning coffee thanks KoKomos :("
