There was a slight hiccup - I ordered extra sauce and no bread, instead I got extra bread and no sauce. Still, the dry rub was really flavorful and the meat was smoked perfectly so it was all tender and juicy, even the pulled pork and the chicken, both of which can get pretty dry if you’re not careful. Everything was great the next day for sandwiches as well. The sides are a little bit small - 8 oz is really only about two portions. I know, when you’re eating barbecue, you’re not supposed to be thinking about the side dishes, but the green beans and the brussels sprouts were both fantastic. "I've been going to this place for many years now, and it seems that the inflation and whatever else has influenced on the quality of the food. I got my order and the top container was completely sideways, as if it got forced into the bag that way. The food itself... my Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was a thin bed of rice, overcooked lettuce with 3 sprigs of broccoli and chicken with cold teriyaki sauce on top, clearly looked just dumped on there. Very sad to see a place like this alter their quality and taste of their food. Chicken Katsu Regular Plate was fine, no complaints but the food "was not made with love" like it used to be. BBQ Chicken Mini Plate was the plate that was shoved in sideways so theres that. Taste was fine and my mom did like that the chicken was soft.
