Very authentic, you can tell this is not being rushed and made with love! 2. Yellow rice is very fresh & soft. 3. Fries are not too crispy/hard & not too soft/soggy, there's a good medium. I also like that there is a perfect amount of salt on them. An excessive amount of salt is not necessary. 4. Side salad comes with chopped cilantro, tomato and cucumber pieces. Also very fresh & not wilted 5. Pita bread is pretty normal. Would recommend for it to be wrapped in foil to preserve its softness and freshness. 6. Automatically comes with a drink which is an extra plus! 7. Comes with two garlic sauces, a red hot sauce & some kind of salsa sauce (i am not sure what to compare it to). This is my second time ordering this exact order and it was worth every penny. I personally think you get a good bang for your buck. It's such a reasonable inexpensive price for the amount of food you are getting! So delicious! I would recommend an option to add more sauces to your order, especially because they come in smaller portions."
