"We started going to Red 8 out of convenience and limited choices about eight years ago, and we continued to go because the service was always fast and accommodating, and the food was pretty good. Over the years, we have noticed improvement in customer service, food texture and flavor, and even take-out containers. Last night, our dinner was the best ever! The Sesame Chicken was extra tender with no dry edges; Cheese Wontons seemed to be a bit more plump than usual & were still warm when they were delivered; & best of all, the Ham Fried Rice was hot, steamy, and had more flavor than usual-- as if they upgraded a couple of the ingredients. Whatever they did, it was awesome!"

"I ordered Pad Thai and paid $3 extra to have shrimp instead of chicken. First, the Pad Thai was in fact as white as shown in the picture from Yelp--extreeeemely lightly sauced. Fortunately I had some Pad Thai sauce, so added that to have some flavor. Second, there were a total of THREE shrimp, and they were placed under the hot noodles, so they were well and truly overcooked although Red 8 is max 5 minutes from my house. Extremely disappointing. If I had just gotten chicken I'm sure there would have been far more, for less money."

The salad had very few fingers in them (probably because the sticky fingers were so much smaller and less meaty than usual). I may give them another chance, but this order was very, very disappointing, especially for the price we paid!"

"while the taste is good, I am heavily disappointed in the lack of size. I paid extra for extra fries (large fries) on the spicy sandwich. The amount I was given looks like it was a child-sized fistful of fries. I paid extra and did not receive the amount I asked for. and once again the Mr Beast Box portions are meager and lacking. I was hoping the previous box was a fluke, but I paid nearly $20 for tiny tenders, less then 10 fries, and a smattering of curds. At least they can't shrink the size of the toast it includes 🙄 Not impressed with what looks like the smaller amount of portions in the loaded fries either. I would heavily advise future customers to order in store and confirm they are receiving what they paid for, because I for sure did not receive what I paid for here. I am upset.
