While it does have the usual taste of what you'd expect, the dish is more on the dry side of what I usually expect, and the sauce has a somewhat jammy like taste that is a bit strange on the tongue. It does still taste alright and has the added bonus of coming in a plastic container that is reusable. The Steamed Vegetables are what you'd expect, an assortment of vegetables steamed. They taste fine though pretty bland due to a lack of seasoning, they also came in a styrofoam container and wrapped in aluminum foil which was off putting. You can probably make use out of them via adding them to an at home stir fry or veggie medley of some sort. The Thai Iced Tea was very delicious. "Checkers in Homestead did a pretty good job with the food. The burger wasn't overcooked and was juicy with bacon cooked just right. The apple pies were cooked just right as well with a nice buttery apple crust. These pies have a lot of flavor and not just a sugar taste. These pies are way better than McDonald's, Popeyes or KFC. The only issue with Checkers is they need a better seasoned fry that has more of potato filling. Everything arrived hot and fresh."
