"There's lots of good Mexican food in the cities, but Teresa's will always be one of my faves, specifically the Classic Chimichanga as the portion is huge, I LOVE their rice & beans, and it's SMOTHERED in queso unlike some places where there's maybe a teaspoon of queso drizzled over the top. There's good chunks of chicken & peppers in the chimichanga and the quality is always great.
