We called and they left me on hold for over 10 mins. Then when we called back and they said that there was nothing they could do because "it wasnt busy so thats how they knew that they sent everything out correctly" but you could hear in the background it was a busy restaurant. They refused to send the missing items and also refused to refund our money so essentially we paid for empanadas that we will never get.
