"House of Spice? More like House of Salt. That was the worst goat curry and garlic naan I've EVER had. The curry had absolutely no spice or heat to it and it was like eating a salt rock. I didn't even get a third of the way through before throwing it out. The naans were awful and the garlic was old. They too went in the bin. To say the meal was substandard would be a gross exaggeration. If I could turn back time, I'd take my forty dollars and throw it away, rather than have to endure that again. "

"The last time I got Jai Ho I was impressed, that was about 2 weeks ago. Last night I got Lamb Samosa (2) and Butter Chicken (Mild) the samosas were clearly rushed, as the outer side of them were cooked but the inside was not at all and they were very oily, with a big pool of oil at the bottom of the bag..all indications of a rushed cooking process. disappointing. the butter chicken tasted nice, but the sauce was watery, dipping the Cheesy Garlic Naan (New) into watery butter chicken sauce just doesn't do it for me.

The Lamb Rogan Josh and Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken) were also delicious and all 3 dishes had generous amounts of meat and sauce. The Seekh Kebab (6 Pieces) was flavourful, spiced well and delicious to mop up some of the leftover gravy. The Garlic Naan was perfect - buttery, garlicky , soft and so yummy and the Saffron Rice (Serves 2) could have had more saffron but was still delicious all the same.
