"The store was very quick in accepting the order and fulfilling it. The strawberry tea with boba was pretty good, just know that they do not have tapioca as advertised as its brown sugar popping boba. The desserts tasted as if they had been sitting right next to many other things. For example, the red velvet cake tasted of a literal deli sandwich. The brownie was also tasted similarly like deli meat. The vanilla cupcake was very very dense. I would personally not order from here again but it is worth a try."

"First of all, I ordered the CocoLoco. The brownies were stale, nothing worse than hard and stale brownies! Then to boot they gave me a PAPER straw with my shake. Have you ever seen the video of the woman who appropriately demonstrates how useless paper straws for drinks are? Where after like two sips the pepee straw turns into a full sheet of flat, wet, soggy paper? Well yeah, that's on point. I couldn't have finished my shake even if I wanted to because the straw had started disintegrating before half way through. Not even a spoon included. ShakeShack is a disappointment for making the ultimate fail in choosing to serve paper straws with their shakes let alone not using fresh ingredients. Total waste of $18."
