"Hands down the best fried chicken in Portland. Finally someone who is not afraid to season their food! I got the 5 Pieces Tenders, Fries, Kaleslaw and oh man was i impressed. The owner vows to never use frozen chicken and really lives by this concept. Ive seen him choose to not open rather than serve a frozen product and i dont think mant orhers can say the same. Im guessing this had alot to do with the juicy flavorfull FULL sized strips i got. Extra crispy flavorful breading but is also gluten and dairy free which I would not have guessed! Must try if you like fried chicken or just good food at all! "
