Now the bad: There was an issue with my order so it had to be re-made apparently, which delayed my order by 20 minutes. This caused my first driver to cancel, and a 2nd had to be assigned (luckily the 2nd driver let me know). Also Roxy's NEVER give you utensils or napkins. every... single... order... should come with a fork and napkin regardless. Thats just basic customer service in a food delivery industry. Cheap cheap cheap. A simple fork and napkin would have made me rate probably 4 stars instead of 2."
