"The Schiaffoni is SO GOOD. Great dish on a cold winter night. The kind of Italian-American comfort food I grew up with and am always looking for. Found it here! One suggestion I have is to layer sauce at the bottom of the foil takeout pan before adding the pasta to keep it from sticking to the bottom. Added bonus: Sauce is great for dipping bread in, so I would not mind a little more! :-) Caesar Salad was also very good and big enough to share. Will def order again!"
