I normally order the Rachel which is always toasted perfectly with a generous portion of turkey w sauerkraut and touch of dressing. The sandwiches are always freshly made and never soggy. Their potato salad is my absolute favorite compared to any other restaurant. Sometimes I'll get a dessert like the Brookie (brownie/Cookie combo) and I recently tried the Butter Pecan Cheesecake...oh my this was amazing. It's probably the only restaurant I order for delivery that has never once messed up with either food preparation or forgetting part of the order. I consistently would give them 5stars or A+. I order from the West Chester location in Midlothian and it's obvious the staff are trained well and care about ensuring everything is as good as possible. Must have good management/ownership. The House Made Soup was great, the Bread Basket was already a good value for the portion size. However, don't order the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, I got three mushrooms the size of a Carmax lip balm container. I started to call and ask if there were some missing, but looking at the advertised photo it seems they really only give you three. I also ordered the Southwest Roasted Wings, which weren't cooked all the way but the flavors were good. Quality just is inconsistent. "
