Overall, it was decent. The point of my review isnt that. But i was very dissapointed in 2 things, the lobster tail and seasoning
As in 1 of my photos, i spent $24 (before tax and change) on doordash for the lobster tail. It was not mainly about the price but the size of the lobster tail relative to the price. The tail was so incredibly small, i think i had 6 mini bites. It was very deceptive for that price. Yes im fully aware how expensive seafood is but thats messed up
The second thing that bothered me was the sauce was pretty bland. Not enough seasoning but the lobster was what got to me...

"Ordered the mini boil with crab legs, potatoes, and corn (garlic & butter sauce ) along with fried oysters and crab fries. The crab legs were cooked to perfection (didn't even need utensils to crack the crab). The sauce was ridiculously good; it was sweet (not sugar sweet but deliciously sweet). The potatoes and corn were equally delicious. Every time I bit into one of the fried oysters, the juice from within just popped out (not a complaint) again, cooked to perfection and mouth watering. I was actually in a food funk; nothing I thought of seemed appealing so my daughter recommended Hook & Reel; after reading the menu; the fried oysters stood out along with the crab legs so I decided to go with it. At first I thought it was a little pricey but for what I received and the excellence of the food; it was worth every penny. The sauces that accompanied the crab fries and oysters were also very good. I ordered from here because my sister in laws ordered the night before and I tasted what they had which was the chicken fried rice, which was good, but they must have had someone else cooking tonight that is not the regular cook or who was having a bad night because it came out in the food. Also coke cola was missing and the white fudge dessert was not in the sealed bag so it must have been left out at the restaurant. So someone was having a rough night or just didn't care that they may have had first time customers. My husband may go for the curry goat again but I think I will just make it for him. For me I don't think I will try again. The shrimp was priced too high for the amount received and the fries weren't what I was expecting. So I'll pass next time."
