The Mix Shawarma is a combination of lamb, beef, and chicken with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and a yogurt and cucumber based sauce, Tzatziki. You can adjust the spice level. It is different than the gyro as its closed like a burrito with a thinner bread and the gyro is open face with a thicker pita. The gyro is the same toppings but only lamb and beef. The shawarma and gyro were not oily and were decently filled. Both come with extra tzatziki! Very tasty and filling so I would recommend both! "

"Choose any other Afghan restaurant for better food. Look how pathetically sparse that 2. Lamb Tikka Kebab serving is. It's even blander than it looks. The 18. Chicken Curry had a quarter inch of grease on top? Just a pure oily sheen millimeters deep. Stuck a piece of bread in it and it picked up only grease. I wont eat that dish. Also very small portion of chicken in it relative to all other places in town. The 19. Mantu pieces were plump but room temperature and the sauce more Russian than Afghan, full of sour cream and dill flavors. The 21. Bolani was fine but a smaller serving than most places and only 1 sauce for it which tasted like day old grass clippings. Humus was the only ample serving but seemed to be just blended chickpeas with jarred olives tossed in. No seasoning or character. There are great afghan options on doordash. This is the only one I advise avoiding entirely. All others do everything better."

"The Beef Shawarma is the best wrap I've had thus far. The creamy tahini sauce and the juices of the fresh produce make for a wonderfully mouth-watering, trascendent experience. The beef is deeply tender and the pita is soft. The Beef Burak has a masterful, crispy dough and a slightly sweet meat on the inside; and the Kibbeh is similar in this sense, but the fried outside layer isn't as satisfying, while still flavorful and moist. The Pita Bread on its own has a savory touch to it, but perhaps it should be a larger size to use for tearing off and scooping up their basmati rice. Lastly, the Falafel was perfectly salty and crunchy, as expected. Overall, Mosaeic is an excellent choice for Mediterranean cuisine. 5 stars, I will be ordering again most definitely! Bravo.
