"Everything was very fresh. You could tell this wasn't just sitting in a refrigerator or cooler. Sesame chicken had nice big chunks of tender chicken. Lo mein was tasty and not drenched in oil. Dumplings were large and had a nice flavor. Portions was large as well. We will definitely order from Panda King again."

"The food is all pretty good. Oddly, the thing I like the most is that it doesn't taste the same as "every other Chinese restaurant", with really heavy, sweet sauces. The Egg Roll-Pork was nice and peppery, the Subgum Wonton Soup had a light, refreshing broth, and the Buddha's Delight was a little sweet while not over sauced. The vegetables are all very fresh tasting. It's way lighter tasting than a lot of takeout, and that's earned a top spot on my list. It will make great post-12-hour shift food. My only two complaints are menu related: 1. no good drinks 😩 I'd love a good milk tea or fruit drink with this 2. The 2/3/4 item combos don't have vegetable options? I'd have gotten a 4 item box if it let me pick a meat, 2 vegetables (like a garlic broccoli or mixed veg, not even the Buddha's Delight, tho I'd love that) and rice. "

"FOOD was great- chicken 3 whole Wings with Fries ; wings have a very pleasant crispiness to them! Not a lot of meat on them. They are skinny, check the pictures! Bourbon sauce was great. Fries were gross. Zero seasoning. I added salt and pepper. Honestly inedible. I dipped them in the bourbon sauce to finish them. Rice and beans were great! Barbecue baked chicken was fantastic. Incredibly well cooked! You could not handle this chicken without it falling apart! The sauce is mild, it's not hot or VERY flavorful. But, this is the safe approach and i wont judge them for it. Sweet Plantains as a side are expensive. $5 for six pieces(pictured). However, they were sweet/ripe and well cooked! SERVICE was extremely slow and lacked any attention to detail- I was called by the driver to inquire on what sides i wanted. The DD app doesnt allow you to choose the entree without choosing both sides! The driver also pointed out they didn't start my order til she arrived to the restaurant and inquired on it. Driver also mentioned a 30+ minute wait is a regular experience here. For context: my order was scheduled by 8am and acknowledged by the restaurant by 3pm. My driver had not arrived til nearly 4pm. I see little excuse here. I want to give them a 3 star review. But, food is the priority here and they did that well. "

I've been trying to find a Butter Chicken with a true creamy butter red gravy and this one delivers. The other restaurants in York make a thick chunky brown variation that is just not what I like. Lamb Kadai was "fire" and very flavorful according to my husband. I love that they offer a kids menu, my son really liked the shrimp Kids Hakka Noodles. As a person who frequently doordashes, I really appreciated how they packaged the meal with care. Everything was labeled, and saucy ones individually wrapped with saran wrap to prevent leaks.
