Driver also mentioned a 30+ minute wait is a regular experience here. For context: my order was scheduled by 8am and acknowledged by the restaurant by 3pm. My driver had not arrived til nearly 4pm. I see little excuse here. I want to give them a 3 star review. But, food is the priority here and they did that well. "
