"I enjoy the experience of ordering and being able to pick various toppings. The flavor and quality of the food is good. However, there is barely any meat on my Italian sandwich - it's mostly the toppings. This should be improved without having to pay more for double meat. Additionally, the Potbelly Whole Pickle is hit or miss. Sometimes perfect, other times complete mush inside. Today's was just starting to go bad at the edges. Please only send pickles that are still good!"
