I always get their Fajitas de Pollo which are supposed to include sour cream, guacamole, and tortillas. Five or six times now they have neglected to include at least one of those items. Even though I have added the specific instructions to include the items in my order on every order, and called the store to complain, nothing has changed. They clearly don't care about their service, which is a shame because their meals are fantastic."
