"My mom and I really love Kuro Sushi's bowls. She usually orders the Salmon Poke Bowl . I order the Tofu Poke Bowl . I'm not supposed to eat a lot of tofu and a few times I've asked them to substitute veggies, which they have so kindly done. The Tofu Poke Bowl has a really flavorful ginger sauce that goes with it. Kuro Sushi always cares about presentation. The way the ingredients are placed in their recyclable cardboard containers makes me believe there is a true artisan in the kitchen. The portions are excellent and the food is consistently delicious. The rice is a red rice and has a different flavor than white rice. I was initially surprised but have come to appreciate the flavor and recommend it. The restaurant itself is stylish, attractive, full of light, and very very clean! Enjoy Kuro Sushi!!! Also the sauce they included with the salad was so good. Now the T2. Spicy Chicken Teriyaki was phenomenal. Chicken grilled crispy. Sauce was spicy but not too spicy with a hint of sweet.
