I would have like to know which Pattie was which, as the restaurant didn't mark the very form they sent with the food. Fillings of the patties are nothing to write home about at all. The Beef Oxtail were made without sauce which makes sense to keep the form of the pattie. the sauce was placed on the side. No flavor to it at all, and I doubled checked as I had ordered two. no scotch bonnet pepper, spices, onions, and etc. dare I say it was a tad sweet!?! not the move Short Ribs ( French) cooked well but no flavor. nothing standed out. "This is not great logo saltado. It was $18, but there was no flavor, medium quality meat and the fries were not cooked with the meat. The fries were clearly from a stand alone fry cooker. It's a pretty simple fix and traditional to cook the potatoes with the meat so that they absorb the flavor (not that there was any to absorb). The soy sauce base was not present. It just tasted like cheap oil thrown together with the meat. The onions weren't cooked well enough, which would have helped the dish have flavor. I don't believe a Peruvian made this dish, it is the simplest dish. "
