Their Bowl of White Rice was cooked very well, not too soft, and not too hard. This is a true rarity in DMV. Most cook them Al Dante and expect customer to have an exceptional digestive system to process them. "First of all, our order came late because the restaurant took a long time to make the food. Daegu Maeun Tang / 대구매운탕 and Yukgae Jang / 육계장 were very bland. The meat in the Yukgae Jang / 육계장 is not the kind of meat you put in this soup. The Tonkatsu was very little for the price. The Sunomono is a refreshing salad and the Shrimp Shumai is a light appetizer to get started. And the Mr. Sushi Deluxe is my go to main course. It also comes with 2 miso soups. This is a large meal which can be split between two people, or you can enjoy the leftovers for later. The sushi is always fresh and yummy and the presentation is so beautiful and inviting. The pictures I took are of my door dash order. You can see the detail and care they took preparing and plating the food and the pride they have in making it for their customers. "Tori (chicken) Paitan Ramen is very similar to many of the ramen restaurants in nova, which is to say it is very good. Good noodles, soup is flavorful, and the toppings are well portioned and delicious. Nori is a little on the moist when it arrived and was pretty shriveled but was fine. Chicken was dry; you have to leave it in the soup to get it nice and tender. Extra noodles is definitely worth the price. Like I said earlier, flavorwise, same as a lot of the other shops, but pricing is very aggressive. Highly recommend."

All the noodles were springy/bouncy.
