I tried two weeks in a row, to place an order, but it was canceled.both times When I was finally able to get the order to go thru, the item I wanted was no longer available, so I needed to make a substitution. I ordered the broccoli beef Bowl . The container was almost all rice. There were 4 very small strips of beef and several pieces of broccoli. The broccoli was basically raw. I didn't want it mushy, but I expected it to at least be cooked. There also was just a tiny amount of sauce on it, but it was tasteless. Paying $10.40 for basically a bowl of rice was definitely a disappointment. My son enjoyed his meal. It will be a while before I order from here again. I don't know why I can't order from the Saginaw location. It's the same distance away."

"The 1/2 lb. Roast beef tasted as good as always, but the amount of meat in the sandwich was obviously less than the amount one would receive if they ordered the sandwich, and ate it in the store. But the chicken sandwich delivered to my home was a flat piece of processed chicken food, commonly found in the freezer section of any grocery store. The bread on the turkey bacon sandwich was soggy, and lacked a decent amount of meat. I am a fan of Arby's, and eat often at their restaurants. But it's common to not get the same quality of food you would receive if you actually sit at the restaurant table, and eat there, as you get when you order takeout, and take the food home. (People can't return food that is delivered to them). Arby's is a restaurant that is best enjoyed eating inside the restaurant."
