"I've only tasted Mama's Boy Pizza twice (I must admit, twice in less than a week ).. yes...it was that good. I typically wait to review until I've tried a new place a handful of times over at least a month or two and at least 1x in the restaurant however the pizza, Chopped Salad and homemade Ranch were so good I'm confident saying that this is the best NY style pizza and one of the very best pizza joints in the Bay Area. The chopped salad was fantastic, extremely fresh lettuces, the ceci beans (aka chickpeas), red wine vinegrette were the perfect compliment to the lovely variety of lettuces. An addition of crumbled feta cheese in lieu of the finely shaved parm would be amazing but it is delicious just as is. I typically order a small vegetarian pie for myself and a medium or large meat pie for my partner but Mama's Boy 20" pizzas are so big and filling we went for a half and half and we both had leftovers. Tip to perfectly reheat pizza, heat oven to 400F, put cast irin pan or pizza stone in oven while preheating, when tempreture is set, place pie in oven for 5 minutes & you'll have a perfectly heated slice that has a crisp not limp crust! My only complaint when ordering delivery online there isn't an option to select one of their pizza combinations as a half pie so I was instructed to select a 20" Cheese Pie and then select my desired toppings for either the 1st half, 2nd half and/or whole pie. The only down side to ordering this way is that even if you mirror each half as one of their menu item pies (i.e.veggie & supreme) the pie ends up costing substantially more than the cost of any of their menu item pies. Hopefully, this can be fixed to enable ordering of menu item pies as a 1/2 pie without paying an extra $20+ to the cost of their menu item pies. Even a $5.00 flat rate charge for a half and half order of menu item pies w be preferable. Whether eating in or ordering delivery, Mama's Boy Pizza is a must try!"

"Shocklngly Delicious! So I had tried to order pizza from two restaurants near me the other night at 8:25 PM. Even though one closed at nine and the other closed at 10, apparently it was too late to get delivery. Go figure. Living in the suburbs, you got a love it. "I took advantage of a BOGO offer to try this place out for the first time. I had to pay the extra delivery fee since the restaurant is about 6 miles from my house. Despite the distance my order arrived piping hot. The portion size of the Genova (Creamy Pesto) was just right and there was a decent amount of chicken slices. It tasted like fresh quality ingredients are used and the fettuccine was neither al dente nor over cooked. The only drawback was a lack of flavor. I added a bit of garlic powder, fresh ground pepper and kosher salt which more suited my taste. Additionally, I didn't see nor taste any garlic on the included garlic knots but the flavor and texture were good and I used them to dip in the pesto pasta sauce.
