"I usually don't reviews but felt I had to make an exception for this restaurant. I've ordered from this place for delivery and take out a few times and every time it was a banger.
Remember when you ate at your mexican friends house party or a cookout and the food was delicious becuase it tasted homey, comforting, and stick to your ribs good becuase it was made by their Abuelita? Well, this place tastes exactly like what an Abuelita's young studious Nieta who takes on the kitchen seriously but with joy. The Carne Asada Enchiladas with corn tortilla and verde sauce was traditional but with a modern twist, it was mouth watering and very acidic (in a good way), however unlike a lot of verde sauce, this one was spicy just like a young chef would make it for their youthful patrons who likes to live life a little on the edge.
Beware, the verde sauce will be spicy for your toddlers unless your kids don't mind a little heat!
The Refried Beans and Black Beans were savory and always a vegetarians staple. Pretty solid. "
