"Sadly my second order from Joe's was a huge disappointment. The pizza was barely warm, the crust was very hard to chew, the toppings were not evenly dispersed over entire pizza. Some pieces had nothing but cheese. I don't know if I'll be trying Joe's for a third time. I loved my first order but if its going to be inconsistent i just wont waste my money again."

"About two weeks ago I entered a bad review for the fettuccine with chicken livers before I thought to call Pasta House. When I called Pasta House they offered to replace my meal and find someone to deliver it (I'm disabled). I couldn't get my timing right for them to be able to deliver. Today my brother was able to pick it up. The meal today was delicious and hot. The livers were tender and the noodles were fresh. The cheese on the garlic bread was still hot and gooey. YUM! "

"The chicken parmesan sandwich was not good. The chicken was half the size of the bread, and the bread was burnt. I like things cooked crispy but this was black, and just not good, especially for the price."

"Highly disappointed. The sandwich was cold and completely mushy. I ordered the roast beef and cheese on garlic bread specifically because it’s supposed to be toasted and crispy....yet the bread was soft, soggy, and soaked through. It was honestly inedible. I can’t believe I paid almost $50 for a sandwich and a salad to be delivered in this condition. I was genuinely looking forward to a meal I normally enjoy, only to be completely disgusted. The only reason I paid extra for garlic bread was to avoid exactly this issue, so receiving a soggy, mushy mess was ridiculous and unacceptable. Never again. Festus Imo’s should be ashamed of this level of quality."
