Well, that was the case with my sandwich; they had made their Tuna mix loaded with so much mayo, it was almost like a sauce consistency; It was inedible - I actually gagged. "Their food is great, but it would be helpful if they would allow for some ability to adjust for allergies as they would if the order was communicated in person. Technically it should be easier to handle with an online order. The Sassy BBQ Salad is always a favorite, but some guests have dairy allergies and that eliminates that option for them. Holding the cheese or even putting it in a ramekin should be an option."
