With seaweed paper on the bottom and the sweet and savory eel sauce on top. The creamy crab filling did have a small bit of spice to it. Would have like more stuffed in. Definitely would order again. Pick 2 rolls were the typical Philly roll and tuna with cucumber. Honestly didn't taste the fish in either. They season the batter and it's delicious on its own. Highly recommend that with just a bit of fresh lemon, or the sauce it comes with is amazing as well. But lets get to the real star of the show: the sushi rolls themselves. I got the Vegetable Roll and Sweet Potato Roll and the rice leans on the more seasoned side, which is what I prefer, and the ingredients are fresh and overall very tasty.
