It's not overly spicy, sweet, or salty, and I appreciate that they send the bean sprouts, lime, cilantro etc. in a separate container from the broth so you can add to your tastes and avoid a mess when opening the containers. The 2. Spring Rolls with Charbroiled Pork are also delicious. I like that they come cut in half, which makes them easier to handle, and they come with a good amount of peanut sauce. "OMG this place has the BEST Chinese food! Every time we order it's phenomenal. Very flavorful & everything is cooked perfectly. Nothing is under or overcooked, soggy, bland, or excessively greasy (almost all Chinese food is greasy to some degree, but it can be excessive at some places - here, it's perfectly balanced) & nothing is ever missing from our order. We've tried several items from their menu, usually as combos. This time we ordered everything 'a la carte' & it was all delicious & cooked beautifully. The only thing we noticed is that the portion of the Honey Walnut Prawns dinner entree was almost the same as the portion they give in the combo, for about the same price. "This is the best Chinese food place in my area. My Honey Walnuts Shrimps 核桃虾（午） were huge! They were also de-tailed and clean as a whistle which unfortunately is not the norm at other places. And as a plus it was piled high on the plate with my fried rice. The Fried Crabmeat Cheese Wontons 云吞 are always crispy and stuffed full of filling. The Orange Chicken 陈皮鸡（午） is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy orange flavor and the chowmein we had was well seasoned.
