"I'm a bagel lover and I didn't get what I ordered. The Custom Breakfast Sandwich was missing the bacon and clearly, they didn't follow my order instructions. The assorted Bulk Bagel order was missing some of the flavors and the bagels were dry. They did, however, slice them like I asked. Don't order the cinnamon sugar bagel. It was dry with an artificial taste and the sugar was crystally, like those generic artifial cookies you buy at the grocery store. The only thing I did like was the 8oz Lox Cream Cheese. It has real pieces of Lox in it but not enough pieces. I won't recommend this place to anyone."
