The coleslaw is good...a touch of sweetness but the right balance. The potato salad is ok, it is a bit too wet for my taste. The ribs were good, definitely eat these! The sausage has a weird after taste. The brisket almost tastes like it's cooked in a crockpot. Not what I would've expected from a Texas Monthly winner. The weirdest piece of all, I loved the bbq taste of the barbecue sauce on the ribs (again eat these) but when I opened the sauce included it wasn't the same tasting sauce. Big boys sauce is a more tart tasting sauce (I assume vinegar or a mustard base sauce). The sausage Sandwiches had an interesting after taste we didn't care for. In the end we felt it was over priced for what you receive. If you do decide to eat here... just the ribs."
