They didn’t try to fix my order, offer a replacement, or even apologize. I also ordered butterfly shrimp but they substituted it with jumbo shrimp without telling me — and I only received three jumbo shrimp in the whole box. I paid all this money and got hardly any food. Overall, this was very unprofessional and poorly handled. I won’t be ordering from this location again unless the customer service and order accuracy improve."

There are enough chips for a party and they were delivered warm as if they had just been fried! The chicken was of course delicious and freshly cooked. I would give 10 stars to Don Augustin.
