Not spectacular but not the worst. To be more specific, the proportions between noodle broth and meat is good. The broth tastes sweet which is what most typical pho restaurant broth tastes like but overall it's a pretty boring flavor. If I could make it different I would definitely make the broth flavor stronger, possibly with stronger extract from the beef bones for a more meaty flavor or more spices for a more spicy flavor. Overall it's not bad if you're looking for convenience."
