This is THE spot for Mexican food in southern Houston. Haven't tried their sister store Jimmy changas yet but Gringos is absolutely phenomenal. We tried so many dishes and not a single one was bad. Every single thing was absolutely incredible from the seafood to the tacos to the burritos and even the salsa, it was all spectacular. We will no longer waste our time or money on any other Mexican place, Gringos is our go to spot from now on. We might try Jimmy Changas just to see if it's just as good, but Gringos is the standard from now on. Their chips are perfect so many places the chips are stale, or too thick, or too thin, or not salted but these were as close to perfect as a chip as we have had from a Mexican restaurant.
