"I was a little disappointed this time. I fell in love with their Birria Tacos before they closed. They were perfect and the consomme was heavenly. This time the consomme was watery and you could tell that they did not dip the taco in the consomme before sautéing them. They were pale and did not have much flavor. I don't recall seeing any cheese (or much of it). I don't know why they closed down for a little while. Maybe they have new cook staff. Please go back to the original recipe. I will order again in hopes of getting the tacos that I fell in love with."
