I've had the Black Garlic Ramen (always extra chasu, extra egg, face melting) in person probably at least 30 times now and although this does not beat the sitdown experience it's as good and close to it as practical. I picked "Blue Rare" but unfortunately, I received a well-done filet mignon with a little bit of pink, not enough to say medium-well, and after giving it a few chance bites, I found myself tired of chewing. The meat had an off taste, and now I wonder if it was old meat as well though I can't be sure. The shrimp was also overcooked & chewy. However, the scallops were tender, and with enough yum yum sauce, was delicious. I hope others have a better experience than I, though I would be reluctant to order again."
