It was exaggeratedly salty, they didn't include any baby squid, they didn't include any mussels, there were a total of 3 shrimp in the entire thing, and they gave me a tiny little bit of red onion salad that wasn't even enough to eat with half of the dish. Aside from all that, it's obvious that they don't care about their seasoning or presentation. It was disgusting. Peruvian food is some of the most delicious in the world, and somehow they manage to even mess up the "aji verde" by making it watery and tasteless. It didn't even have any spice to it or "kick." It was just green watery salt. DISGUSTING"
