I also requested some srirachas on the side, and apparently, the lady was very rude to my dasher saying that she can only give 1 small cup of sauce, which was not even filled. However, the steamed buns were dry. Inside flavorful but the actual bun was dry. Not like the normal steamed buns experience of airy light n moist. This was dense dry and heavy.
The musubis spam to rice ratio was comical. I know us islanders love our rice but we love our spam too. The spam was a sliver of a cut and the rice was not sticky. The sauce was good though.
The baked bun. Phenomenal. Bread was airy with the right crispy to softness. The inside was flavorful and plentiful.
The wings were good just hella small.
