"The presentation was not good on delivery. I have eaten it many times and it is good. Unfortunately, the beans mixing on it made the seafood Burritos more soggy. The portion and freshness was good. The kids grilled Chicken Burrito - Kids looked good. I would order again and suggest packing differently for travel."

"There's a lot to unpack here, so I'm just going to be direct about my experience with this restaurant. The good: The Grilled Chicken sandwich was a nice large piece of chicken breast. The bad: The Grilled Chicken sandwich, while a decent size, had next to no seasoning. It was bland and the lettuce was wilted, old, and should not have been served to a customer. That's disgusting. I ordered drinks based on the many stating that they carried Pepsi products. I specified that I wanted 2 sodas without caffiene. Suggested Sierra Mist, Orange, Root Beer, or anything else caffeine-free. They gave me black tea. What??? Then the fries looked nothing at all like the Sides - Fries on the menu. I got maybe 1/5 of the amount and needed to get a refund. Unacceptable, as I felt cheated. Similar with the Hausbites (6). The menu image shows them looking similar to a slider from White Castle, when in reality they're each about half of that size. Not worth the $9.99. Also, on of mine had a hard bone in it that almost broke my tooth. The Buffalo Wings did have good flavor, but again looked nothing like the ones in the menu photos. These were heavily breaded. If you like wings without breading, these are not for you. In closing, due to the majority of the items I ordered having issues, mostly based on size or carelessness, Icannot recommend Burgerhaus. The menu looks good, and the prices appear to be fair, but the photos are misleading and it's just not worth it in the end. I'd strongly suggest one of the many other burger places over this if you're looking for burgers and chicken."

"This food REALLY hit the spot!! Everything was perfectly seasoned and the pork adobo was both super tender for the meat portion and super crispy for the skin and a good portion size. I get why people think the sisig portion is small - I thought it was too when I first saw it but it's so rich that I wouldn't want a lot more - even with my husband and I splitting it we didn't finish it. Definitely solid and fresh - the lumpia was a little soggy but it also traveled 20 mins so I don't blame them. Would definitely order again (I bet catering from them would be amazing) - I did supplement my meal with butter lettuce since everything is not high in the fiber department but honestly no complaints I would gladly take a fiber supplement if it meant having a meal like that lol"
