I've never been one to balk at the price of anything but fact is, this is on the high end for this kind of food. That said, the quality of the food seems to justify the price. Couldn't really ask for more and probably would get a 5 * from me if sauces weren't extra. Doesn't come with any dipping sauce and ironically due to the size of the tenders, 1 isn't enough. Got ranch, it was small, and nothing special. For the price, one choice of sauce should be standard and not $1.50, especially given the small size. I realize this may just be me, but that strikes me as greedy given the already high price and in turn not wanting to return. "The mashed potatoes coulve been good but they were so watered down (theyre instant ones and prob added more water to make it go further) and while I appreciate how generous they were w the gravy (especially compared to other places), the flavor was diluted bc of the mushy potatoes and watered down gravy. I have had their chicken twice before this order, once it was so tough bc the skin was over cooked making it hard/chewy and took away from the flavor/crispiness of the chicken. The second time I had it, was recently when my friend brought some over to try and let me know that it's at a gas station at 11/Bunert. The chicken was still crispy but more juicy. Very good. And the honey biscuits are simply amazing. They do get bit crumbly but who cares. I gave 2 stars because 2/3 times the food wasn't great. The first order was a diff location than the last two. But for purposes of this review, I gave two stars bc the chicken was skin was so overdone and the potatoes were not really edible. I tried but they were soupy and the flavor was deluted. When it's good it really is good."
