Today was the first time we ordered over the phone, and my wife clearly described the roll she wanted, even mentioning the price since she didn’t remember the name. When we got home, we realized we were given the wrong rolls, ones that were twice the price. We called to see if we could simply exchange them for the correct rolls (we weren’t asking for a refund), but we were told they “wouldn’t take a loss on a customer mistake.” We weren’t calling to blame anyone, just to fix what seemed like a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, the response made it clear they weren’t willing to work with us, and that’s not the kind of service we can support anymore. Very disappointed."
