To be clear, this wasn’t the Dasher’s fault; they simply delivered what the restaurant gave them. The issue is that the restaurant handed off exposed, unpackaged food, which is unsanitary and not acceptable for delivery. Please make sure future orders are bagged, sealed, or placed in a drink carrier before being given to Dashers. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about food hygiene or items spilling during transport.
