"The Popcorn Chicken with Rice did not live up to the positive reviews. Chicken was dry and way, way overseasoned, mostly with black pepper. The rice was decent, but white rice is cheap and easy to make at home. Green beans were also ok, seasoned with butter and a little black pepper. Too bad they didn't use the same light hand with the pepper shaker on the chicken.
Lemon Smoothie was ok. I ordered it with 0% added sugar because I am prediabetic; I also just like sour things. It wasn't as tart as I expected it to be, nor did it taste like any artificial sweetener I know of, so I expect it still has some added sugar. It would have been nice if they had provided nutritional information. They also didn't include the serving size; I would guesstimate it to be about 16 oz.
Bottom line: the smoithie is similar to a frozen lemonade that you could get at a fast food restaurant for about half the price, and unlike this restaurant, McDonald's will tell you exactly how many calories and grams of sugar it has. And the chicken was just bad.

"The last time I ordered from this restaurant they were out of the breakfast burritos, so I thought I'd give them a second chance. Kind of wish I hadn't. The bacon breakfast burrito is a prepackaged item that they warm up. I could have bought a similar item from the grocery store for and microwaved it myself, or gotten two sausage burritos from McDonald's, for less than I paid for this one. And although the package said it was precooked, it tasted underdone. The potatoes were firm and the eggs runny, and there was hardly any bacon in it. Definitely not worth $7.50. The muffin from my previous order was tiny and also dry.

It's a hot ham and pork sandwich (the pork is shredded) on a ginormous french roll, pressed in a panini press so it gets even bigger. Served with dill pickles on sandwich and ruffled potato chips on the side. I'm not normally a big ham sandwich fan, but the combination of the salty ham, sour pickles and chewy French bread is just about irresistable.
The sandwich is conveniently cut in half so that if you can't finish it all, you can put away the other half for tomorrow's lunch, or share it with a friend.
