After a few months I decided to give it another chance and the ramen came with a broth cup about a quarter of the size of the bowl and only half filled. "

The shitake dashi creamy both is packed with flavor. I usually save some from my order so I can throw into some instant noodles the next day. Often veggie ramen at other places only has mushrooms, corn, & bamboo shoots. I love that they add yummy greens, some squash, & I'm not sure exactly what the protein is exactly thinking it is some type of tofu but the way it's prepared is delicious & I crave it.🤭Always recommend."
