"I've been really wanting scrambled eggs, but the 3 times I've ordered them from here they've been wildly inconsistent. First: little flakes of hard scrambled eggs; Second: 3 large balls of hard scrambled egg clumps; Third: plain omelet that was still runny, that I had to cook some more before I could eat it. I like well-cooked eggs, so I wish they'd put an option for if you like hard-cooked or soft-cooked scrambled eggs (or other styles). I also prefer scrambled eggs to be clumpy and not smooth omelet style. If I wanted an omelet, I'd order an omelet. The first Matcha Green Latte I ordered from here was very fresh tasting. But this time it was very normal tasting and in a small cup--it's not worth the high price. The Kashmiri Pink Chai came topped with pistachios this time, and was very comforting but lukewarm and didn't have a stopper in the top, so it spilled a bit. Still love their Potatoes, but each order can be different (some have a LOT of scraggly bits, which I like, but not a whole box of them, and others are mostly larger potatoes), so it helps that I order a couple orders and can eat some now and save some for later. "This is the 3rd time I'v ordered the Strawberry Waffle with whipped cream. This time they forgot the whipped cream. So disappointing! The first time they remembered. The second time was an in-person order for two orders of strawberry waffles and I asked for extra whipped cream. I was disappointed because they did not give extra whipped cream. I do like the Strawberry Waffles themselves. The strawberries are always fresh and waffles are so good with syrup and butter. The Banana Walnut Pancakes were also supposed to come with whipped cream. It would have tasted just right if they had remembered the whipped cream. The Banana Pancakes themselves were really yummy with the walnuts and maple syrup. Portion size: good for all dishes. If I were to order again I would ordered as pickup and check that nothing was forgotten. I wouldn't order the chicken and waffles again. My family did not like how the South of the Border entree was too salty. They felt dehydrated after eating it. In general, this restaurant has many good dishes.
